Project Description and Objectives:

The project aims to provide Aspöck's production assembly lines with an IIOT network equipped with sensing, capable of creating an interconnected network of machines and equipment, communication mechanisms and computing power.

In this context, the project seeks to transform Aspöck into a smart factory capable of monitoring all production processes in real time to manage and anticipate operational problems and communication between machines, based on big data and machine learning. Thus, it will be possible to optimize operations, making them more efficient and effective (increasingly reinforcing machines and equipment using artificial vision, VGA, digital twins, augmented reality, predictive maintenance), improving the automation and compliance of collection processes of information, increase worker safety, increase competitiveness and productivity and reinforce its position in the market as one of the largest players in lighting for motor vehicles.
